Mr. Md. Masum Hossain FCA is a hardworking and motivated business analyst who has acquired extensive knowledge in the field of business through business studies and practical knowledge. He has got 1st class in master of business studies (MBS) degree. After that he has successfully qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). Mr. Hossain has sufficient knowledge in Information System Audit. He has also vast experience working with government sectors.
He has 10 years of diversified experiences of Foreign Exchange Regulation in Bangladesh, Taxation, Value Added Tax (VAT), Customs and Duty Act, Setting Up Business Entity in Bangladesh, Import Export Regulation, Labor Law, Companies Act, Banking Companies Act, Financing, Contract Act, International Accounting Standards (IASs), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), International standards on Auditing (ISAs), Internal Control System of a Business, Business Process Re-Engineering and Business Valuation. Mr. Hossain believes in quality delivery of services.

Mr. Haque served in various World Bank Group funded projects. He also served as advisor and trainer of various projects of World Bank, NGOs and foreign aided funds.
Asifur Rahman FCA

Mr. Asifur Rahman is a qualified finance and accounting professional. He specializes in financial planning and analysis, financial control, cost efficiency, investment, taxation, procurement and finance operation. He has been working in Bangladesh financial services sector for over 20 years. He worked as Financial Controller at MetLife Bangladesh.
Asif’s focus is on establishing financial discipline within the organization. He works with companies to drive financial indicators towards cost minimization and profit maximization.
Asif is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He is also a Fellow member of Life Office Management Association (LOMA), United States.
Sarwar Uddin FCA

Mr. Uddin qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) in 2000. Prior to becoming a Chartered Accountant from ICAB, he did MBA from University of Science & Technology, Chittagong. He served as Chief Executive in Yunusco Group of Industries from 1991 to 2000 before coming to public practice. He has extensive knowledge in Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Manufacturing, Banking & Financial Institutions. Before joining HFC, he was Partner of Habib Sarwar & Co. and Syful Shamsul Alam & Co.
He was Chairman of the Chittagong Regional Committee (CRC) of ICAB during 2013. He also served as Honorary Secretary of CRC for the years 2010 and 2012.
